***Active Law Enforcement Officers must have department clearance letter and retired military must have honorable discharge and provide DD-214. Former law enforcement officers must have LEOSA/HR218. Foreign assignments require current passport expiring no sooner than 6 months of date of deployment. Active DoD or State Department clearance is helpful but not needed for most overseas positions.
